Three Free Months Offer*

Eligible clients are billed normally for their first three consecutive monthly billing periods. Provided the account remains active and in good standing, ChattaPay will waive the client's standard monthly base fee and standard per-employee fee for regularly scheduled payrolls during monthly billing periods 4, 5 and 6.

Promotional pricing is based on the payroll frequency, services and pricing established at implementation. The promotion applies only to ChattaPay's standard monthly base fee and standard per-employee fee for regularly scheduled payrolls.

The promotion does not apply to off-cycle payrolls, additional or non-standard payroll runs, third-party or pass-through charges, tax service fees, delivery or courier charges, hardware, expedited services, penalties, interest, or other ancillary services, integrations or add-ons.

This promotion is available only to companies that are new payroll clients of both ChattaPay Payroll & HR Services and Bayview Payroll Services.

This promotion is not automatically applied to new accounts. The prospective client must affirmatively claim the promotion while it is active and receive confirmation of promotional eligibility from ChattaPay.

The offer cannot be combined with another promotion unless expressly approved by ChattaPay. The client must continue processing payroll with ChattaPay through the promotional period and remain in good standing in order to receive the waived fees.

ChattaPay reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue a promotional offer at any time before it is claimed. Eligibility is determined by ChattaPay based on the promotion and deadline in effect when the prospective client responds to the offer.
