What About Printed Checks?
ChattaPay is designed around a more digital payroll experience, but businesses that currently issue live checks may still have options.
1. Print Checks at Your Business
For businesses that still need occasional live checks, available workflows may allow checks to be printed directly at your office after payroll is submitted.
This gives your business greater control over timing while potentially reducing printing, delivery and courier costs.
2. Move Toward Paperless Payroll
We can also help businesses transition employees to electronic payment options.
Employees with bank accounts can use direct deposit, while available pay card options can provide an alternative for employees who don't have a traditional bank account.

Is Bayview Payroll being sold?
No. There has been no change in ownership. Justin Romano continues to own the business, and the same team remains behind your payroll and support.
Do I have to switch to ChattaPay?
No. If you're happy with your current Bayview experience, there's nothing you need to do.
When can I start using ChattaPay?
The first clients will begin using ChattaPay with pay dates in January 2027. We'll coordinate timing individually with each participating client.
What if Bayview currently processes my payroll for me?
If you'd like to begin processing payroll directly through ChattaPay, we'll help you make the transition and provide training before you begin.
What if some of my employees receive checks?
Talk with us. Depending on your setup, you may be able to print checks directly at your business or transition employees to direct deposit and available pay card options.
Will I still be able to talk to a real person?
Absolutely. Better technology doesn't replace personal service. Our payroll professionals remain available when you need assistance.
